Calculation of Monthly Payments of Mourabaha Financing

Dhs

What is Mourabaha Financing?

The concept of Mourabaha Financing in Morocco is as follows:

The client chooses a property and then goes to a participative bank to inform him and ask for Mourabaha financing.
As part of the Mourabaha financing, the participative bank buys this property and will become the owner.
The participating bank will resell this property to the client, 'transfer of ownership' for a pre-agreed commercial margin.
The customer will pay monthly fees for up to 25 years.

Notary fees in the context of crowdfunding are financeable by the bank.

* Hamich Al Jidiya or advance of seriousness, is an advance requested to the customer, (between 5 and 10% of the amount of the good) and which allows the bank to confirm the engagement of the customer before the acquisition by the bank of the good.
This advance is returned to the customer at the end of the transaction.
