1. Opening an account with the selected bank
Frequently, the lending bank will ask you, before any final agreement, to open an account at home.
The choice of the bank is also a choice of physical network, which is a non-negligible criterion.
2. The official loan offer
This is a document that must necessarily be sent to you by the bank and that specifies all the characteristics of your credit. The drafting of the loan offer is strictly regulated. Many elements must appear there: the nature of the loan, its amount, the duration of the loan, the total cost of the credit as well as the nature and the cost of the ancillary expenses (guarantees, insurance ...) ...
Due to the negotiated nature of the offers of credit that may be offered to you, CAFPI will naturally ensure that the conditions negotiated are those presented in the official loan offer.
3. Acceptance of the loan offer
If you agree on the final terms of the loan, you must return the credit offer to the bank signed, before the expiry date of the offer set by the bank.
4. The bill of sale
It is through the official act found and registered by a notary that the buyer becomes definitively owner of a property. It confirms the sales agreement and must be authentic (written by a notary and signed in his presence).
CAFPI will be able, if you wish, to accompany you to this appointment to facilitate you the steps on the spot.
